Black Belt Investments, LLC works in the creative financing area.  Creative financing allows homeowners to get more for the sale of their property than they would through a traditional sale while at the same time allowing buyers to purchase a home they may not otherwise be able to get, on terms that traditional institutions would never be able to match.  It does this without using traditional banks.

A member of the Creative Financing Real Estate Association, we can buy and sell homes through lease purchase, owner financing, or any number of creative ways.
