What Does Black Belt Investments Do?

Serving RI and MA, we are a real estate investment company working with both creative financing and cash deals.  We are one of the few companies that is accredited by the Creative Financing Real Estate Association.

We purchase homes in any condition. Some we hold on to, some we resell either on the traditional market or on the Rent-To-Own market. This allow us to make them available to people who can't qualify for traditional mortgages.  These could be folks who have slight 'dings' on their credit, who may have recently started a business or any number of reasons.

Sellers can avoid realtor fees, closing costs and other expenses while buyers can get a great home on terms they can live with.
