What Does Black Belt Investments Do?

Serving RI and MA, we are a real estate investment firm specializing in the creative financing space.   This means we specialize in lease-purchase, owner financing, and many other non-traditional ways to buy and sell homes.

We purchase walk-in ready homes at market prices and make them available to people who can't qualify for traditional mortgages.  These could be folks who have slight 'dings' on their credit or who have recently started a business or any number of reasons.

Sellers can avoid realtor fees, closing costs and other expenses while buyers can get a great home on terms they can live with.
