Creative financing allows homeowners to get more for the sale of their property than they would through a traditional sale. It does this without using banks.

Cash deals are also an option if you can't (or don't want to) use creative financing to your advantage.  We won't insult you with low-ball offers. Rather, we'll discuss your situation and see if we can agree upon a price.
