Finding a creative financing expert typically involves reaching out to professionals with expertise in real estate investing, financing, or legal matters. Keep in mind that creative financing is a niche and most traditional experts know very little about it. Here are some steps you can take to find a creative financing expert:

1. Real Estate Agents: Most people turn to a real estate agent when looking for creative financing options, but the truth is that the majority of real estate agents know very little about creative financing. Real estate agents specialize in traditional property sales but generally know nothing about the niche area of creative financing.
   

2. Real Estate Investors and Investments Groups: Joining real estate investment groups or networking events can help you connect with professionals who specialize in creative financing. Seek out investors who know about creative financing or attend local meetups, seminars, or workshops where you can learn from experienced investors.
